Nutritional Practitioner Info

Megan McDonald, CNP

Megan McDonald is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP).  She graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2012.  Prior to becoming a Nutritionist, she received her degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College.  She has a passion for health and fitness and strongly believes in a whole foods based diet.  Being an athlete herself, she understands the importance of proper nutrition in order to excel in any sport or training program.  A proper diet is often the missing link for many people looking to build muscle, lose weight, compete in a sport or even just gain more energy and feel better on a daily basis.  A personal consultation with a Nutritionist can get you on the fast track to achieving your personal health goals.
