When ever I walk into the gym, there is at least one person challenging Alex about why Paleo is not working and why they should be able to be more flexible and eat what other diets allow them to eat.
A lot of people are ashamed to say that they are on a diet. Why, I have no clue. Diet means altering the way that you eat... this is nothing to be ashamed of.
