    Muddled through this in 6:20.
    There were some pretty big weights being back squatted this morning,
    I'm fortunate to bear witness to the big,badass 'Breakfast Club'

      I had a PR on the back squat. 180lbs!!. Can't remember my time for the WOD 12 something.

      Muddled through this one myself in 6:11, it definitely wasn't easy, I tasted blood post WOD.

    All you need to say for a WOD time is "I did mine between 6 and 7AM".
    Thats a big enough achievement in my books.
    You were back squatting 180lbs at a time when most people were still on their backs squawking about waking up.

    I was on a beach in Dominican yesterday and couldnt wait to get back in Canada to get 3g service to check the wods! Like Mike, instead of blood I tasted rum.
