15-12-9 rep rounds for time of:

135 pound barbell Thrusters
45 pound weighted Pull-ups

For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.

    I loved today's WOD. It has been a long time since we have done heavy thrusters and my first time doing weighted P-U, if you can even call 5 lbs weighted, however I did do the trusters at 95lbs.
    Thank god it wasn't 21-15-9!

    A lower body injury has kept me out of the last two WODs.
    This morning I managed to do 30 muscle ups in 25:20.
    What's scary is that I got the first 10 done in under 5minutes...
    That and my dream of becoming a hand model is now over, forever.

    Great numbers were put up by the morning group.

    Whatever you have to give today, give it, and you'll have it forever.
    Whatever you hold back on, will be lost forever.
