Hang Power Snatch 5x2xM.E.

Rest 5 minutes.

Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups and the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises. 

Post loads and total reps from all 24 intervals to comments.

    Some great numbers posted up by the morning groups!
    Lets see how they compare to this evening's.

    I must admit that I see some astonishing numbers put up by the morning group. We stroll in, in the evening and we check the board to see what pace the morning group as set.

    being a person that does not like to compete much at all, I say that it would be an awesome challenge for CFM to set up a weekend competition between the two groups.

    As I type this I already feel my ars being handed to me but.... let's make it happen.
