    ODE to Alex …
    April 8, 2012 will be my 2nd anniversary at Crossfit and my 2nd anniversary training with you. I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how rewarding and fun my Crossfit experience continues to be. I respect and appreciate the knowledge and experience you bring to me through our training sessions. I have learned so much and look forward to continued growth (muscle and mind). I know teaching me is no easy task on most days and breaking my bad habits in form and technique has been quite the challenge. While I still have a long way to go, because I’m never satisfied that it’s enough, I’ve come a long way from someone who did not know she could dead lift 50 pounds, let alone 285 pounds … or back squat 230 pounds, or front squat 195 pounds, not to mention the Olympic lifting, (my biggest challenge thus far) … I could go on and on…. I LOVE this stuff!!
    You’ve made me stronger than I thought I could ever be and you always make me smile!
