This will be a nice break from the Fran programming.  Have fun with this day. Practice your form if you want, or go for a 1 rep max if you're feeling confidant. It's important to remember though: if your form starts to degrade, know when to stop adding weight.  Control is everything, walk before you run.  Okay, get pulling!
