Coach Eric’s notes:  Work up to your heaviest possible triple on the front squat.  

If you still haven’t figured out the benefits of the hook grip, now is the time to see the light.  Let’s see some really good push-ups on this one.  I see you all getting so much better at them.

    Capped it at 30min and got to 80 reps (20,15,13,13,10,9).
