Do all the reps.

We post a WOD every single day of the year. And every single day some, most or all of you, do it. Now, up until this point we have written your name and your score (ie., time, rounds, weight) on the board, but not anymore. Now it's on you! If you write your name on our board with a number beside it you are acountable for that name and you are accountable for that number. You are accountable for what people think of you when they read your name and you are accountable for the training, hard work, mental toughness and athletic ability that go into that number. No matter how good your score is, there's always someone better and no matter how bad you think your score is, there's always someone who's working hard to get there . Not performing the reps posted in the WOD is cheating everyone at the gym but no one is cheated more severely than YOU! So come in and do the WOD and when you're done, put your score on the board because that's what we're all about. But if you're not going to count all the reps, just finish your workout and leave. Please don't write your false time on the board, because no one gives a shit about your made-up ability and don't write your name either, because it means nothing to the rest of the hard-working peolpe at CrossFit who are dedicated to their own truths.

We're proud of all of you and this post is meant as a compliment to most and a friendly kick in the ass to very few.
