Back Squat 3x20
Rest 5 minutes.
Accumulate three minutes in an L-sit position either hanging or from a dip position.
Post load and number of sets to comments.
Coach Eric’s Notes:
On the first set of squats, choose a weight that you can handle but will prepare you for the next set. On set two, go for a PR on your 20 rep back squat. On the third set, back the weight off to a weight somewhere between the first and second set. Make it challenging. If you miss your 20 reps on any of the sets, record and post what you made then adjust the weight accordingly next time you train.
