    Tonight, I stayed behind and joined the 5:00 class for the WOD.
    I asked Asta...aka "powerhouse" to partner up with me for back squats. This girl squatted 135lbs for reps tonight! 135! You rock, sister!
    Once again, EVERYONE kicked some serious butt tonight!
