Great work out today. This is my first time working out in the morning. When I enter the gym, I would see earth shattering times set by Kat and a few others. What's on the Lebron James T-shirt? "Witness" .Today I was a witness! Kat smashed the WOD.

It's great to witness crossfitter's like Mike and Kat as well as a few others. Very impressive indeed.
Work out was great this mornings although i was struggling with my cleans. Top out at 195lbs - shy of my prev. PR @ 205lbs
As for the WOD thanks to Torry's heckling on my slow cumbersome sit-ups - i squeezed out the 4 rounds in 7:33mins of work.
Max Clean - 235lbs! new PR!
WOD - 8:39 rx'd.
