Rest 5 minutes.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

50 Double-unders

7 Burpees

Add seven burpees every round.

Coach Alex’s Notes:

Perform 50 Double-unders, 7 Burpees, 50 Double-unders, 14 Burpees, 50 Double-unders, 21 Burpees, etc. until 12 minutes is up.
