    85lb clean and jerk
    100 burpies 8 clean and jerk at 55lbs...

    p.s. Loving Tony's luscious locks today... Imma put him on a stallion in the sunset and take a pic for a romance novel cover!!

    I swear Alex designed this WOD to trick me into performing 100 burpees in 10 minutes. Having done that and no more, can I claim to have Rx'd this WOD?

    100 burpees, 5:04, and then 4 Clean and Jerks at @95lbs, and then I could jerk no more :(
    Serious room spins from this one~ had to scale it down...
    so 104 Rx'd, and then 6 more @85lbs
