Snatches look phenomenal when they are done properly. When I do snatches, I always blow my shoulder out. I must abstain or else I'll never heal.
Thanks Alex for teaching me to be patient with my shoulder. I usually jump on snatches every chance I get but they keep f'ing me up. This bicep tendon problem is a biatch!!
