    the girls legs this a.m. had so many whip marks on them it looked like an audition for the female lead in 50 Shapes of Grey.

    Todays WOD was definately not vanilla.

      Kat, what is wrong with being a prevert.

      Snatches look phenomenal when they are done properly. When I do snatches, I always blow my shoulder out. I must abstain or else I'll never heal.

      Thanks Alex for teaching me to be patient with my shoulder. I usually jump on snatches every chance I get but they keep f'ing me up. This bicep tendon problem is a biatch!!
