    Getting to class on time!
    It's extremely important that we begin classes on time. I put everyone through some deep stretches and mobility prior to workouts. It is very rare that you will see me post a 'warm up' on the board, because I prefer group warm ups, so that we all get stretched and ready for the posted wod that day. My classes begin as posted on the schedule. If you are late by 20-30 minutes, you can start the next class. This will ensure that the classes run smoothly and everyone gets the required help and coaching at the same time.
