150 Wall balls (20/14 pound ball to 10'/9’ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

    BadKat - welcome back to the mornings - thanks for giving us a true feel of a Crossfit games comp.

    This WOD is crazy.....for me it essentially turned into "Karen" and since i missed it when we initially did it 2 weeks ago it worked out.

    150 RXD proper WB reps - 11:53 and then in 7 secs all i could muster was to pick up my skipping rope and flail it around.

    Margot thanks for counting my reps....i now know the frustration crossfitters go through in competition when they have a judge yelling out "No Rep"....gggarrrggghhh.

    Great Job to everyone this morning.

    I've been up since 5:30am and I'm dying! How do you 6am'ers do this, lol! Teach me your ways!

    150 WB, 80 double unders~ 4 minutes for a lousy 80- so frustrating!!!
    Gahh double unders! I will master you one day~

    Way to go everyone on this smokin' hot day!

    150WB, 90DU, 1 Muscle Up. The muscle up was slow and shaky but I got it!!
