Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:

15 Box jumps, 24" box

115 pound Push press, 12 reps

9 Toes-to-bar

    So how come the work out was set for 80lbs for women when for the open it was 75lbs?
    L-sit= 48 secs
    WOD= 7 rounds + 1 T2B @ 80lbs- intense!
