Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps

135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps

165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps

210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    Holy Snatch Day!!! This is certainly my weakest olympic lift and i definitely need to work a lot more on the technique.

    Heavy: 3 x 2 Snatches - I topped out at 145lbs....but it looked ugly.

    WOD: Snatch Ladder - Total of 48 Reps (30 @ 75lbs & 18 @ 135lbs) - RXD

    3x2 snatches- 75, did 1x 85 twice, but couldn't get them to connect... landed on my butt a couple times too!

    WOD, 30x 45
    30x 75

    plus an extra 14 reps at 75- could not even attempt the 100-so 60 rx'd, 74 total- and like Trishin, it wasn't pretty~

    Missed all kinds of snatches today, finished at 125# (which is exactly
    The same weight I put up for the power snatches,huh?)

    Did 80 reps at the weights of 75/95/115
