Holy Snatch Day!!! This is certainly my weakest olympic lift and i definitely need to work a lot more on the technique.
Heavy: 3 x 2 Snatches - I topped out at 145lbs....but it looked ugly.
WOD: Snatch Ladder - Total of 48 Reps (30 @ 75lbs & 18 @ 135lbs) - RXD
3x2 snatches- 75, did 1x 85 twice, but couldn't get them to connect... landed on my butt a couple times too!
