    Grace first time Rx'd- 6:17~ ugh... this sucked on so many levels, but time to step up to the big girl weights~ thanks for keeping me in check Kat, and helping me semi-stop doing pirouettes (by the way that is the correct spelling... I checked!)

    Mondays WOD, 151 reps over a 16 inch box with rest as Rx'd, straight through for 10 mins with Lydia the machine~ thanks for doing the double header with me, and scaring the crap out of me to finish up my thrusters... you rock my world ;)

      At least I got to do a double header with Katie! Oh did I just say that? Well she did toooo. I guess we are both bad girls hahahaha

    The past couple of weeks have been really hard for me. The only thing that keeps me happy and motivated are the fantastic people at cfm! Thank you for feeding me paleo treats (Natalie fed me brownies today) Sam was kind enough to personally deliver amazing chocolate almond cups;) Angelo fed me the other day... Robbie delivers endless supplies of coffee!!
    The list goes on and on!!!
    I realize this has nothing to do with a workout, but the love I'm feeling from you all is extraordinary!!
    Just wanted to say.... Thank You!!!
