15 Box jumps, 24" box

45 pound Overhead Walking Lunge steps, 12 reps
9 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg

    The inverted burpees were actually fun. Am I allowed to use the word FUN at crossfit? Or will the punishment be that inverted burpees will never be posted again? If so, sorry everyone. :(
