1 rep max dead lift- 175lbs, no where near my pr, so guess its not a deadlift day
15-12-9 power snatch (65lbs) and burpees
3 rounds for time with 5 minutes rest in between
28:15 with 18:15 work time- fastest round was 5:24
This is a great work out if you'd like to be drenched in sweat~ and love that crazy, tingly, not sure if you're going to vomit feeling!
