Back Squat 1x20xM.E.

Rest 5 minutes.

Four rounds, each for time of:

20 Jumping alternating lunges

95 pound Thurster, 10 reps

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes

Post loads and total time without rest to comments.

Coach Alex’s Notes:

If you were successful with the weight you chose last week, add 5% more weight.  If you were unsuccessful at achieving 20 reps but you got at least 17 reps, try the same weight again.  If you got less than 17 reps, take 5% off the bar and get 20 reps today.

    OMG Shelley! There are no words that do this picture justice~

    Back squat 20x 135lbs (this was my one rep back squat at the beginning of May!)
    WOD 8:20 Rx'd (first ever chest to bar~ Yay!!!)
