Thank you to those of you that came out to join us at the Olympic Lifting Seminar at CrossFit Bolton yesterday.  It's great to see that there are so many of you as interestested in practising these lifts as much as I am.

3 Hang Cleans + 1 Push Jerk 5x1xM.E.

Rest 5 minutes.

Three rounds for time of:

15 Chest to bar pull-ups

15 Burpees

15 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg

Thanks Alex for setting up the seminar. It was definitely very informative, I feel much more confident with the snatches, cleans and jerks. It was a long day, but well worth it!

Alex - WHAT AN AMAZING experience! Thanks so much for all the great tips and practice. What a difference it makes to break down the two most challenging lifts.

Can't wait for the next one!
