4 Handstand Push-ups

8 Hang Snatch 75/55 pounds

24/16 kg Kettlebell Swing, 16 reps

    Holy shoulder work snatch man~

    On march 20th I did 30 muscle ups for time.
    It took me 25minutes to complete

    Today I did them in 9:49

    What a difference a few months can make
