Coach Alex’s Notes:

This conditioning workout is very short.  I bet Tony Corallo can do this in about 6 minutes.  Spend the majority of your time at the gym today warming up thoroughly and building up to a 1 rep max snatch.  We will be retesting it on Nov. 30.
