With 185/120 pounds perform the following:
1 minute of Push Jerks for max reps
then
Perform two power cleans every minute. Use the rest of the minute to complete as many burpees as you can until you complete 100 burpees.
then
1 minute of Push Jerks for max reps
Post loads and score (total number of Jerks and total time for Burpees) to comments.
