25 Jumping Squats, 45 pounds
25 Behind the Neck Push Press, 45 pounds
Run 400m

This will not be a true test of the Front Squat since the limitation of this sequence will be the Jerk. This is meant to be a drill to practice the transition from the Clean to the Jerk. Racks may be used.
