    Great Workout today for the Friday before a long weekend.
    Everyone this morning did really well - congrats all - it was a PR morning

    Push Press Max....i topped out at 145LBS (PR)

    WOD: 30 Muscle-Ups for Time (RX'd) - this is the 2nd time i've done this workout and improved by about 4 mins....finished in 15:58min.
    Next goal to try and do this sub-15 and then sub-10.

    Great job Trishin and Mike for completing the WOD Rx'D!!! Amazing!!

    Push Press - 85

    20 mins. - 19 Ring Muscle Ups - Failed out between 7 & 8 - Plus 3 rips on my hands and scrapped up one arm...lol!!! Kinda disapointed but I gotta remember that I just learned this last week :(

    Amazing workout today! No electric slides to report; however today was the first time ever doing 1 unassisted pull-up!!!! Thanks for pushing and encouraging me Eric :)

    10 round amrap of 1min on/1 min rest of 3 power snatches @105#/6 burpees/9 KB swings
    10 rounds +1 burpee
    5 60m sprints

    PM
    30 muscles ups in 14:28

    I was chasing Trishins 145 press but topped out at 135.

    Did 30 muscle ups in 6:47

    They were bar muscle ups so I'm not sure how well they fair against the ring variety.
    And speaking of the ring variety...after several attempts got my first ring muscle up today...then quickly followed it with a second.
    Thanks to my supporters Andrew (technique & tough love) and Leandra (motivation).

    Aleks, you've now joined the club that should you ever find yourself hanging from the edge of a cliff and someone says "do you need help???" you can safely reply "no I got this".
