Monday 130506

Mark's 8 week (12 hour) Olympic Lifting course will start after the Victoria Day weekend.  The 90 minute sessions will take place on Sunday's from 10am to 11:30am.  Please note that there will not be an Oly course session on Fathers Day or Canada Day weekend and also note that there will only be a 9am group session on those days.  If you'd like to train on a Sunday but you are not registered in the course, please make sure you show up at 9am since the gym will be closed to anyone that isn't in the Oly course at 10am.  We only have 5 spots left in the course so please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
