How I eat - Everything!

 

How I train - Hard! Intensity is the key.

 

My athletic background - I regularly play recreational sports, competitively I've played Basketball, Volleyball and Baseball.  I also run a 5k and 10k race at least once a year.

 

My experience with CrossFit - I got addicted to CrossFit since my first training session at CrossFit Mississauga.  The members, coaches, camaraderie and competitiveness is what kept me coming back.  I have never consistently looked forward to working out until I joined CrossFit Mississauga and I can now say that I'm in the best shape of

my life because of it.

 

My work/rest schedule - I try to get to the gym at least 4 days a week but strive for 5 never working out more than 3 days in a row.
