Getting Started

How do I get started?

 

Step 1:  Email us at to schedule your free consultation.

In order to begin training at CrossFit Mississauga you must This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us to schedule a free consultation.  The free consultation is 30-60 minutes long.  Its purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, experience and help you decide if CrossFit is right for you.  We will also help you decide whether to register for an OnRamp course or book four personal training sessions to get started.  Please include your contact information and availability and we will respond with an appointment date.  You must provide us with a valid credit card number to reserve your spot.  The consultation is free, however, missed appointments are subject to a $60 fee.  We are extremely popular and time taken away from servicing our clients is very valuable.

 

Step 2:  Email us to book your OnRamp session or 4 Introductory one-on-one personal training sessions

*If you have experience with CrossFit, please inform us and we will determine whether or not you can bypass the OnRamp or introductory one-on-one personal training sessions and participate in our group training sessions. 

 

Step 3:  Choose your membership package

After your OnRamp session or introductory one-on-one personal training sessions, you can now choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

 

A class is 45-60 minutes long and consists of an active warm-up, skills practice, the WOD (Workout of the Day) and a cool-down. 

 

What to bring with you

Wear comfortable workout clothing and footwear.  You can also bring water and a towel.

Schedule

The schedule for group training classes is posted on the website. Please check the schedule before you come to work out to make sure that no changes that have been posted for the day.

 

*You must be approved by a trainer to attend open gym times.

Membership fees are subject to change.  All pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
