How do I get started?

Step 2: Email us to book your OnRamp session or 4 Introductory one-on-one personal training sessions

*If you have experience with CrossFit, please inform us and we will determine whether or not you can bypass the OnRamp or introductory one-on-one personal training sessions and participate in our group training sessions.
Step 3: Choose your membership package
After your OnRamp session or introductory one-on-one personal training sessions, you can now choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
A class is 45-60 minutes long and consists of an active warm-up, skills practice, the WOD (Workout of the Day) and a cool-down.
What to bring with you
Wear comfortable workout clothing and footwear. You can also bring water and a towel.
*You must be approved by a trainer to attend open gym times.
Membership fees are subject to change. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
