A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Lulu Lemon Sherway for the CrossFit Demo Yesterday! As always everyone from CrossFit Mississauga was perfect! You guys are the best!  We love you all! A big thank you goes out to the staff at Lulu for making this all happen. You guys are all great! And all the brave athletes who jumped out of their box and tried a workout on the spot, you guys rock!! Takes a lot of guts to do that in front of a crowd. Some serious CrossFitters in the making. We had a blast and can't wait to get back there!

Olympic Lifting Shoes

On Sunday there will be someone in from Toronto Weightlifting in who will be supplying olympic lifting shoes to anyone who is interested.  They are $130.  This is a rare chance to actually get to try on and find the proper size, rather than order blindly off the internet.  Anyone who is in needs to be paid and committed by Saturday so that I can have to sizes in in time.  Let us know.Kanama

We'd like to send out a huge thank you to everyone who came out to our hearing yesterday and to everyone who offered their support. To think that so many people offered their time make us feel very loved by all of you (even if council refused to allow you the right to speak). It's times like these that remind us of how great we have it and how the people at CrossFit are the real magic behind the gym. We'd also like to congratulate John Swallow on his victory.

It's still a long road ahead and we won't be going anywhere. We will be appealing the decision and from what I understand, this can be a very lengthy process.
