WOD
We've noticed on our white-boards that there's a whole lot less names under our heavy day WODs than there is under any of our other WODs (you know, Angie, Cindy and Grace type workouts). We understand that they may not be as fun or as crazy but we assure you they are just as, if not more important. If there is anything you are having problems doing such as pull-ups, push-ups, handstand push-ups, ring dips, muscle-ups or any other exercise, it is because you are not strong enough. Heavy days will give you that strength. If you are not doing your heavy days (you know who you are and so do we) you need to start. For every three days you spend at CrossFit one should be a heavy day. And if you look back in the archives, you'll find that for every three WODs we've posted, one has been a heavy day. We want all of you to achieve your maximum potential as athletes so we really want you to do your heavy days. And if you do, you'll be better at the crazy days, we promise. So, in short, do your F*%#ing heavy days!!!! Please and thank you.
